How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your actual price depends on the volume and complexity of your business. We'll give you a flat quote after a short conversation about what you need.
My books are behind. Can you catch them up?
Yes. We do catch-up bookkeeping to bring everything current and accurate. It's priced as a one-time project based on how far behind you are and how much cleanup is involved. Once we're caught up, we move into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Our services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do I need QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it yet, we offer a full setup and training package to get you started. If you already have it but things aren't set up properly, we can fix that too.
What do I need to do each month?
Make sure we have access to your bank and credit card statements, and upload any receipts or documents we ask for. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes of your time. We handle everything else.
How do I send you documents?
We'll set you up with a secure way to share receipts, statements, and anything else we need. We'll walk you through the whole process when you get started.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not unless you want to. Most of our clients work with us remotely. If you're in the Orlando area and prefer to meet face to face, we can arrange that.
Do you handle payroll?
We offer payroll system setup and training. We'll configure your payroll system and teach you how to run it on your own so you're not dependent on someone else to process every pay period. It's a one-time engagement starting at $300.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes, but we prepare your books so your CPA has everything clean and ready at year-end. We do handle sales tax filings and 1099 preparation.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day. If something is urgent, let us know and we'll prioritize it.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a week. If your books need catch-up work, we start there. If everything is current, we move right into monthly service.
Do you work with Spanish-speaking business owners?
Yes. We're fully bilingual in English and Spanish. You can communicate with us in whichever language you prefer.
